大型铸钢模板的加工

【摘要】 在大型冲压模具设计制造中,模板的选材与加工在工程实践中往往存在一定的困难。根据当地生产条件,采用了分体铸造然后焊接到一起,再进行机加工的方案。铸造配料时,对回炉料和回收废钢的使用进行了控制,目的是确保钢液的化学成分在合理范围内,保证铸件具有较好的焊接性能和力学性能。焊接时选择双"U"型焊接坡口及焊前预热、双面施焊、焊中保温、焊后缓冷等工艺措施。实践证明,该工艺方案可以满足使用要求。

【Abstract】 In the design and manufacture of large stamping die,there is often some difficulties in material selection and processing of the template.According to local production conditions,a program of split cast and then welded together,and then machining was used.The amount of back charging and recovery scrap was controlled in casting ingredients to ensure the chemical composition of molten steel within reasonable limits and to ensure the good weldability and mechanical properties of castings.The U-shaped welding groove was chosen in welding with the process measures of preheat,double-sided welding,keep-temperature in welding and slow cooling after welding.Practice proves that the technology program can meet the requirements.
