模糊控制在横向埋弧自动焊机焊缝跟踪系统中应用研究
Application of Fuzzy Control of in Seam Tracking System Horizontal Submerged Arc Automatic Welding Machine
【摘要】 对焊缝跟踪过程中遇到的周期性及偶然性干扰及焊枪摆动中心偏差补偿问题提出针对横向埋弧自动焊的智能焊缝跟踪方法。应用递推平均数字滤波技术进行了滤波处理,采用模糊控制的方法对读取的偏差量进行分析和补偿。并基于PLC,A/D转换模块、激光测距传感器、伺服系统设计了焊缝跟踪系统。经试验调试和现场应用,社会效益及经济效益良好。
【Abstract】 This paper proposes a kind of seam tracking institutions aiming at periodic and contingency interference and deviation compensation of welding torch swinging center occuring in the seam tracking process of horizontal submerged arc automatic welding machine.This institution is based on PLC,A/D conversion module,laser range-finding sensors and AC servo drive system.The economic results in society of the eguipment is good in the process of experiments and application.
