我国小麦粉加工产业结构的问题与优化对策
PROBLEMS INVOLVING THE INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURE OF CHINA’S WHEAT FLOUR PROCESSING AND OPTIMIZING STRATEGIES
【摘要】 依据统计数据及调查资料,运用比较分析法,分析我国小麦粉加工产业结构存在的问题,提出优化我国小麦粉加工产业结构的对策。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the problems concerning the industrial structure of China’s wheat flour processing using comparative analysis method based on statistical data and survey data,and presents some countermeasures to optimize the industrial structure of China’s wheat flour processing.
