【摘要】 目的探讨冠心舒通胶囊治疗冠心病慢性稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法冠心病慢性稳定性心绞痛患者188例,随机分为治疗组(G组)96例和对照组(D组)92例。根据病情给予控制高血压、调脂、硝酸酯类、钙拮抗剂及β受体阻滞剂等治疗,治疗组在上述治疗基础上加用冠心舒通胶囊。观察治疗前后两组心绞痛症状缓解情况和心电图ST段改善情况。结果治疗后G组心绞痛症状改善总有效率分明显高于D组(90.0%vs 76.1%,P<0.05);G组心绞痛症状改善总有效率分明显高于D组(90.0%vs78.3%,P<0.05)。结论冠心舒通胶囊能够显著改善冠心病慢性稳定型心绞痛的临床症状,临床效果显著,且无致心律失常作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Guanxin Shutong capsules(GSC) for the treatment of stable angina.Methods One hundred and eighty-eight patients with stable angina were randomly divided into two groups:Control group(n=92) treated with routine treatment,and treatment group(n=96) treated with GSC and routine treatment.Angina attack and ECG ST-segment were observed before and after treatment.Results Angina symptoms were improved and the total efficiency points in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(90.0% vs 76.1%,P<0.05).The total efficiency points of angina pain symptoms in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(90.0% vs 78.3%,P<0.05).Conclusion GSC could significantly improve symptoms of angina.更多还原
