【摘要】 目的观察补肾抗衰片治疗肾虚痰瘀型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法,将60例符合入选标准的患者分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(30例)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上加用补肾抗衰片口服,观察2周。观察两组患者治疗前后胸痹心痛证候、心绞痛症状、心电图、血脂及血小板聚集率、血栓素(TXB2)及6-酮-前列腺素F1α水平的改变。结果胸痹心痛证候改善情况治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为70.00%(P<0.05)。心绞痛改善情况治疗组总有效率为83.33%,对照组为86.67%(P>0.05)。心电图改善情况治疗组总有效率为73.33%,对照组为76.67%(P>0.05)。血脂及血小板聚集率变化情况,治疗组在升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)及降低血小板聚集率方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。血栓素TXB2及6-酮-前列腺素F1α水平两组比较无统计学意义。结论补肾抗衰片能够明显改善肾虚痰瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者胸痹心痛证候,并能升高HDL-C及降低血小板聚集率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Kangshuai tablets(BKT) for treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with kidney deficiency and phlegm-stasis syndrome.Methods Sixty patients in accordance with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:Control group(n=30) treated by routine treatment,and treatment group(n=30) treated by BKT on the basis of routine treatment for two weeks.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome of pectoral stuffiness pain,angina pectoris,ECG,blood lipid,platelet aggregation ratio,thromboxane B2(TXB2) and 6-Keto-PGF1α levels were observed.Results The total effectiveness of improvement of TCM syndrome was 93.33% in treatment group and 70% in control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effectiveness of improvement of angina pectoris was 83.33% in treatment group and 86.67% in control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effectiveness of improvement of ECG was 73.33% in treatment group and 76.67% in control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the increasing level of HDL-C and decreasing level of platelet aggregation ratio between the two group(P<0.05).There were no significant changes in TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α level before and after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),however greater improvements of the two indicators were observed in the treatment group.Conclusion BKT can improve TCM symptoms of pectoral stuffiness pain,increase HDL-C level and reduce platelet aggregation ratio in angina pectoris patients with kidney deficiency and phlegm-stasis syndrome.更多还原
