【摘要】 目的观察参附注射液联合环磷腺苷葡胺(心先安)治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法将68例CHF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各34例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上联合应用参附注射液及心先安,以20d为1个疗程,测定治疗前后心功能指标:左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)和左室射血分数(LVEF),同时观察两组患者用药期间的不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为91.18%,对照组为70.59%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后心功能均有明显改善(P<0.05),但治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论参附注射液联合心先安治疗CHF疗效优于常规治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of Shenfu injection with Xinxian’an injection on congestive heart failure.Methods Six-eight patients(pts) with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into two groups:Control group treated with routine treatment,and treatment group treated with Shenfu injection and Xinxian’an injection on the basis of routine treatment for 20 days.The heart function index,left ventricular end-diastolic volume,left ventricular end-systolic volume and left ventricular ejection fraction were monitored before and after treatment and the adverse reaction was monitored.Results The total clinical effective rate was 91.18% in treatment group,which was significantly higher than that in control group(70.59%,P<0.05).The heart function index of both group were improved after treatment(P<0.05).Total effectiveness in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05),There were no adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion Shenfu injection with Xinxian’an injection was obviously effective on congestive heart failure.更多还原
