【摘要】 目的:比较和分析大黄四种炮制品(生大黄、酒大黄、熟大黄、大黄炭)的活血化瘀作用异同。方法:皮下注射大量盐酸肾上腺素附加冰水浴造成大鼠急性血瘀模型,观察大黄四种炮制品对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学各指标的影响。结果:大黄四种炮制品对急性血瘀大鼠的全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)以及凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)等指标均具有不同程度的改善作用。其中,生大黄低剂量(1.75g/kg)能显著降低全血黏度低切值、血浆黏度、RBC压积、FIB和血小板聚集性,同时延长TT;生大黄高剂量(3.5g/kg)能够显著降低全血黏度高切值、RBC压积、FIB,同时延长PT和APTT。酒大黄低剂量(1.75g/kg)给药即可见血浆黏度显著降低、TT显著延长;酒大黄高剂量(3.5g/kg)可下调全血黏度低切值、RBC压积、并延长PT。熟大黄低剂量(1.75g/kg)给药可下调血浆黏度;熟大黄高剂量(3.5g/kg)能够延长PT和TT。大黄炭高低剂量组对各血瘀指标均未见显著影响。结论:除大黄炭组外,大黄各炮制品对血瘀大鼠均有一定的活血作用,但对活血化瘀各指标的作用各有不同,体现出了中药多成分通过多部位、多靶点产生多效应的作用特点;它们影响机体活血指标不尽相同,且在某些指标上表现出显著差异,也表明不同的炮制方法可能通过改变大黄的物质基础形成了各炮制品的药性差异,而最终显示出不同的生物活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare and analyze the similar and different aspects of the four prepared herbal products in terms of effects on abnormal blood circulation.Methods: Acute rat model of blood stasis was experimentally induced by subcutaneous injection of adrenaline hydrochloride plus ice water,and the effects of the four herbal products on the indexes in hematology were observed.Results: The three herbal products except for the rhubarb carbon could reverse hematological parameters such as blood viscosity,blood plasma viscosity,hematocrit and fibrinogen to different extents.Conclusion: Three of the prepared products of rhubarb have the promotional effects on blood circulation of varying degrees.更多还原
