【摘要】 目的:观察石榴皮醇提物(EEOPP)对2型糖尿病模型大鼠的治疗作用。方法:SPF级雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、石榴皮低(0.4 g/kg)、中(0.8 g/kg)、高(1.6 g/kg)剂量组、乙酸乙酯组(0.8 g/kg)、除去乙酸乙酯组(0.8g/kg)、阳性对照二甲双胍组(0.4 g/kg)。在用高脂饮食和链脲佐菌素(streptozotic,STZ)制造2型糖尿病大鼠模型后,给药组大鼠分别灌服石榴皮醇提物或二甲双胍,连续4周,取血测定大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂、脂联素(Adiponectin)、瘦素(Leptin)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)含量。结果:石榴皮醇提物中(0.8 g/kg)、高(1.6 g/kg)剂量组以及乙酸乙酯组(0.8 g/kg)可显著降低实验大鼠的血糖水平、总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、瘦素(Leptin)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的水平,升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和脂联素(Adiponectin)水平,与模型组比较存在显著性差异。结论:石榴皮醇提物有较好的降血糖作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectiv:To investigate the treating effects of ethanol extract of Pomegranate Peel on type 2 diabetic rats.Methods:Male Sprague-Daw-ley rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,low-dose group(0.4g/kg),middle-dose group(0.8g/kg),high-dose group(1.6g/kg) of the EEOPP,the ethyl acetate extract from Pomegranate Peel group(0.8g/kg),removing the ethyl acetate extract from Pomegranate Peel group(0.8g/kg),positive control group(0.4g/kg).Model of type 2 diabetes was established by a high fat diet with intraperitoneal injection of streptozotic into male SD rats at a low dose.the rats in medicine-treated groups were orally given the EEOPP or metformin by gavage for 4 weeks,respectively.The effects of EEOPP on fasting blood glucose(FBG),blood lipid,Adiponectin,leptin and TNF-α were investigated.Results:the middle-dose group(0.8g/kg) and high-dose group(1.6g/kg) of EEOPP and the ethyl acetate extract from Pomegranate Peel group(0.8g/kg) significantly reduced the fasting blood glucose(FBG),local cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),Leptin and TNF-αlevels,increased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and adiponectin levels.Conclusion:the EEOPP can reduce blood glucose well and deserves to be further developed.更多还原
