【摘要】 目的:研究坤复康胶囊对混合菌液致盆腔炎模型大鼠血液流变学和病理形态学的影响。方法:采用混合菌液致大鼠盆腔炎模型,观察坤复康胶囊对模型大鼠全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积值、血沉值的影响;HE染色后对子宫壁逐层进行病理组织学检查,并计算大鼠子宫卵巢的脏体比、肿胀度等。结果:与模型组比较,坤复康胶囊在0.322～1.330 g/kg剂量范围内均能降低血流变指标;坤复康中剂量组(0.665 g/kg)和大剂量组(1.330 g/kg)能显著改善病理结构变化;坤复康胶囊大剂量组(1.330 g/kg)可明显降低子宫肿胀度。结论:坤复康胶囊能有效改善盆腔炎模型大鼠血液流变性,不同程度改善大鼠子宫病理结构,减轻模型大鼠子宫内膜慢性炎症的损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To study the influence of Kunfukang capsule on the Hemorheology and the pathological changes of Pelvic Inflammatory disease(PID) rat.Methods: Establishing rat PID models by mix bacterium,To observe the influence on the blood viscosity,the plasma viscosity,hematocrit and ESR happened in the rat model.using conventional HE staining.To observe the pathology changes of uterine wall,to calculate the organ/body ratio,the swelling ratio and Inhibition ratio of Ovary and uterus happened in the rat model.Results: compared with the blank model group,the KFK capsule groups has a significant difference.It can obviously decrease the level of hemorheology,Ameliorate the conditions of pathological changes,decrease the level of oedema and congestion to some extent.no significant alternations were exhibited in organ/body ratios.Conclusion:The KFK capsule has the effects to ameliorate the conditions of hemorheology and improve the pathological structure for rat uterus,reduce the injury of chronic inflammation of the endometrium.更多还原
