【摘要】 目的:研究朱砂七粗提物和总蒽醌体外抗单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型(HSV-Ⅱ)的作用。方法:运用单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型(HSV-Ⅱ),以非洲绿猴肾细胞(Vero)作为宿主细胞,通过三种给药方式观察感染病毒后的细胞变性反应(CPE)和MTT比色法,检测不同浓度朱砂七粗提物和总蒽醌对Ⅱ型单纯疱疹病毒的直接杀灭、预防和阻止复制作用。结果:朱砂七粗提物和总蒽醌能抑制HSV-Ⅱ病毒的复制,但无预防和直接杀灭作用,朱砂七粗提物抑制HSV-Ⅱ病毒复制IC50为0.1008 mg/ml,治疗指数(TI)为6.2;总蒽醌抑制HSV-Ⅱ病毒复制IC50为0.0067mg/ml,治疗指数(TI)为11.66。结论 :朱砂七粗提物和总蒽醌在体外具有明显的保护宿主细胞抵抗HSV-Ⅱ病毒复制的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective : To study the antiviral effects of the Zhushaqi crude extractings and total anthraquinone on herpes simplex virus type Ⅱ(HSV-Ⅱ) in vitro.Methods: The killing effect directly on virus,the influences of Zhushaqi crude extracts and total anthraquinone on virus reproduction and prevention effect in virus infecting cells were investigated in vitro utilizing the herpes simplex virus type Ⅱ(HSV-Ⅱ) and taking vero cell as host cell by MTT colorimetry and observing cytopathic effect.Results :Compared with the virus control group,Zhushaqi-treated group could protect the vero cells effectively and heighten the cell activity but could’t prevent and kill virus directly.Zhushaqi-treated group could lessen the cytopathie effect induced by HSV-Ⅱ and inhibit virus replication.The IC50 of the Zhushaqi crude extractings and total anthraquinone against herpes simplex virus type Ⅱ(HSV-Ⅱ) were 0.1008 mg/ml,0.0067mg/ml.The anti-virus therapeutic index(TI) were 6.2,11.66.Conclusion: Zhushaqi crude extracts and total anthraquinone showed siginificant activity of protecting host cells and antiviral effect on HSV-Ⅱ in vitro.更多还原
