【摘要】 目的:探讨赣南野生枫香树叶提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:小鼠随机分为生理盐水对照组和10、16、20、30、40g/kg野生枫香树叶提取物实验组,分别灌胃0.02ml/g不同剂量药物或生理盐水,连续14天。测定小鼠的脾脏指数和胸腺指数;采用小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬试验测定腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能;MTT比色法测定淋巴细胞的增殖能力及NK细胞活性;红细胞C3b受体花环试验测定RBC-C3b受体花环率,ELISA测定小鼠血清IgM和IgG的含量。结果:枫香树叶提取物10～40g/kg剂量组能显著提高小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数,但对胸腺指数和血清IgM和gG的含量无明显影响。16～40g/kg剂量组能提高小鼠的脾脏指数、淋巴细胞的增殖能力、NK细胞活性及RBC-C3b受体花环率。结论:枫香树叶提取物能增强小鼠的非特异性免疫和细胞免疫功能,但对体液免疫功能无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of extract from leaves of Liquidambar Formosana Hance on immunological function in mice.Methods: Sixty Kunming mice were randomized into normal saline group(control group)and 10、16、20、30、40 g/(kg·d) extract from leaves of Liquidambar Formosana Hance groups with 10 mice in each group.Each mice was perfused with 0.02ml/g drug or normal saline for 14 days.Then the index of spleen and thymus gland were detected.The phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophage in mice was determined by phagocytosis test.The lymphocyte proliferation and NK cell activity were detected by MTT method.The C3b receptor rosette rate was detected by RBC C3b receptor rosette test,ELISA was performed to measure content of serum IgM and IgG.Results: The extract from leaves of Liquidambar Formosana Hance groups of 10~40g/(kg·d) could remarkably enhance the phagocytosis percent and phagocytosis index of peritoneal macrophage in mice,but no obvious influence on the index of thymus gland,contents of serum IgM and IgG were observed.The groups of 16~40g/(kg·d) could increase the index of spleen,lymphocyte proliferation,NK cell activity and C3b receptor rosette rate.Conclusion: The extract from leaves of Liquidambar formosana Hance could strengthen nonspecific immunity and cellular immunological function,but no obvious influence on humoral immunological function was observed.更多还原
