Notch信号相关人类发育缺陷的研究进展
The human developmental defects associated with Notch signaling
【摘要】 Notch信号作为进化上高度保守的信号传导通路,通过调节多种细胞增殖、分化及命运决定等细胞生物学事件,影响多个胚胎器官的形成和形态发生。其信号表达异常将导致心脏、肝脏、肾脏、骨骼等多个系统器官畸形及颅面部发育缺陷,此外还可干扰血管发生过程中的血管重建、动静脉发生等生物学过程。
【Abstract】 As a highly conserved signaling pathway,Notch can affect both the embryonic organ formation and morphogenesis by regulating a variety of cell biological events(such as cell proliferation,cell differentiation and cell fate determination).The abnormal expression of Notch signaling could lead to multiple organ malformations and craniofacial developmental defects,and it also interferes with the vascular remodeling and arteriovenous process.
