【摘要】 目的研究芪白平肺胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)模型大鼠的肺组织作用。方法采用复合因素造模方法复制COPD大鼠模型,造模后给予低、中、高剂量的芪白平肺胶囊(0.72,1.44,2.88 g.kg-)1,给药30 d,观察大鼠的一般情况,测定各组大鼠第0.3 s用力呼气量(FEV0.3)、FEV0.3与用力肺活量(FVC)的比值、呼气峰流速(PEF)、肺组织匀浆中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量,HE染色法观察大鼠肺组织病理学改变。结果与模型组比较,芪白平肺各剂量组大鼠FEV0.3、FEV0.3/FVC、PEF均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);芪白平肺各剂量组肺组织中IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α含量比模型组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论芪白平肺胶囊对COPD大鼠的肺组织具有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of Qibai Pingfei capsules on lung tissue of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) rats.Methods Rat models of COPD were induced by complex factors,and then were given Qibai Pingfei capsules(in the dosages of 0.72,1.44,2.88 g·kg-1) and Guben Kechuan Tablets.After treatment,the general condition of rats was monitored,pulmonary function indexes such as forced expiratory volume at second 0.3(FEV0.3),the ratio of FEV0.3 to forced vital capacity(FVC) and peak expiratory flow(PEF) were observed,lung histopathological features were examined,and the contents of interleukin 6(IL-6),interleukin 8(IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) in lung tissue homogenate of rats were detected.Results Compared with the model group,FEV0.3,FEV0.3/FVC and PEF were increased in Qibai Pingfei capsules groups,the difference being significant(P < 0.01,P < 0.05).And Qibai Pingfei capsules group had lower contents of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in rats lung tissue homogenate than the model group,the difference being significant(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).Conclusion Qibai Pingfei capsules have protective effect on lung tissue of COPD rats.更多还原
