【摘要】 目的探讨醒神喷鼻液对脑出血大鼠脑损害及血小板活化的影响。方法用胶原酶Ⅶ造成大鼠脑出血模型,采用喷鼻给药,观察醒神喷鼻液对脑出血大鼠神经症状评分及血小板膜糖蛋白CD62P、CD63表达的影响,并与模型组比较。结果醒神喷鼻液组能减轻脑出血大鼠神经症状积分,降低血小板CD62P、CD63表达率,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05～0.001)。结论醒神喷鼻液能抑制血小板的活化,减少血小板的聚集和黏附,降低神经症状积分,对脑出血大鼠脑损害有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Xingshen Nasal Spray on cerebral damage and blood platelet activation in intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) rats.Methods The ICH rat models was induced by collagenase Ⅶ,and then were treated with nasal administration of Xingshen Nasal Spray.After treatment,we observed the effects of Xingshen Nasal Spray on neural symptom score and expression of platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62P and CD63 in ICH rats.Results Xingshen Nasal Spray reduced CD62P and CD63 expression in blood platelet and decreased the neural symptom score in cerebral hemorrhage rats,the difference being significance as compared with those in the model group(P < 0.05 ~ 0.001).Conclusion Xingshen Nasal Spray had protective effect on ICH rats through inhibiting the activation of blood platelet,relieving platelet aggregation and adhesion,and decreasing neural symptom score.更多还原
