【摘要】 目的探讨三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)的超声图像特征。方法回顾性分析148例经病理证实的乳腺癌患者,根据术后免疫组化结果,将其分为TNBC组(n=51)和非TNBC组(n=97),比较两组的声像图特征。结果 "边界不清"、"毛刺征"、"高回声晕"、"微小钙化"、"血流分级2～3级"、"腋窝淋巴结转移"在TNBC组分别占56.86%(29/51)、43.13%(22/51)、41.17%(21/51)、13.72%(7/51)、41.17%(21/51)、68.62%(35/51),在非TNBC组分别占87.62%(85/97)、81.44%(79/97)、76.28%(74/97)、56.70%(55/97)、79.38%(77/97)、48.45%(47/97),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);而"后方回声衰减"、"纵横比>1"、"阻力指数≥0.7"在TNBC组分别占64.70%(33/51)、45.09%(23/51)、47.05%(24/51),在非TNBC组分别占56.70%(55/97)、30.92%(30/97)、61.85%(60/97),差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论 TNBC的声像图表现具有一定特征性,有助于术前诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the ultrasonic features of the triple negative breast cancer(TNBC).Methods According to immunohistn ochemical staining technique,148patients with histopathologically confirmed breast cancer were divided into TNBC group(n=51) and non-TNBC group(n=97).The malignant ultrasonic characteristics of TNBC were analyzed and compared with those of non-TNBC.Results The percentage of " irregular morphology "," burrs margin "," hyper halo echo "," cluster micro-calcification "," blood stream grade of 2to 3 " and " lymph nodes metastasis " was 56.86%(29/51),43.13%(22/51),41.17%(21/51),13.72%(7/51),41.17%(21/51) and 68.62%(35/51) respectively in TNBC group,while in non-TNBC group was 87.62%(85/97),81.44%(79/97),76.28%(74/97),56.70%(55/97),79.38%(77/97) and 48.45%(47/97),respectively(all P<0.05).The percentage of " posterior echo attenuation "," aspect ratio more than 1 " and " resistance index more than or equal to 0.7 " in TNBC group was 64.70%(33/51),45.09%(23/51) and 47.05%(24/51),while in non-TNBC group was 56.70%(55/97),30.92%(30/97) and 61.85%(60/97),respectively(all P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic malignant features of TNBC have some characteristics,and contribute to prediagnosis of TNBC.更多还原
