【摘要】 目的探讨艾滋病合并马尔尼菲青霉菌肺炎的临床及胸部影像学特征。方法回顾性分析16例艾滋病马尔尼菲青霉菌肺炎的临床及影像学资料。结果 16例中,单侧肺病灶1例,双肺病灶15例;多发小结节状、粟粒状病灶8例,片状、磨玻璃样病灶5例,肺内占位性改变3例;6例淋巴结肿大;4例胸膜改变。结论艾滋病合并马尔尼菲青霉菌肺炎具有一定影像学及临床特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical and imaging characteristics of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS) complicated with Penincillium Marneffei chest infection.Methods The clinical and imaging data of 16 AIDS patients complicated with Penincillium Marneffei chest infection were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 16 patients,pulmonary lesions were found unilateral in 1 case,and bilateral in 15 cases.Imaging findings of chest included multi pulmonary disseminated military nodular shadows,little lunge nodules(8 cases),patch confluent consolidation(5 cases),lung tumor shape(3 cases),enlarged lymph nodes(6 cases) and pleural changing(4 cases).Conclusion AIDS complicated with Penincillium Marneffei chest infection has curtain clinical and imaging characteristics.更多还原
