【摘要】 目的:探讨养心汤对舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的104例DHF患者随机分为两组,对照组44例,给予西医常规治疗;治疗组60例,在对照组基础上加用养心汤。分别于治疗前、治疗后2个月记录舒张早期峰值血流速度(EV)、舒张晚期峰值血流速度(AV)、E/A、E峰减速时间(EDT)、等容舒张时间(IRT)、脑钠肽。结果:治疗组的左室舒张功能较对照组改善明显(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:养心汤能有效改善患者左室舒张功能,改善心衰症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the therapeutic value of Yangxin decoction in diastolic heart failure.Methods:104 patients with diastolic dysfunction heart failure were randomly divided into two groups.44 patients in control group were treated by routine treatment of western medicine.60 patients in treatment group were treated by combination of routine therapy and Spiritual cultivation soup.The blood pressure,E velocity,A velocity,E/A,E deceleration time(EDT),isovolum etricre laxa tion time(IRT)and BNP were recorded before therapy and after two months.Results:The left ventricular function in treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusions:Treatment with Yangxin decoction can effectively improve the left ventricular diastolic function and improve the symptoms of heart failure.更多还原
