【摘要】 针对院内感染监测管理面临的问题,开发了一套医院感染管理监控系统软件。该系统嵌入医院HIS系统中,实现了全院范围内医院感染的前瞻性监测及环节质量控制,可及时监控耐药菌在院内的传播和流行以及抗菌药物合理应用的分线管理和围手术期用药的疗程控制。文章还对软件功能和应用效果进行了探讨,并对软件功能的进一步研发进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the problems in hospital infection surveillance management,we have developed a set of system software of hospital infection surveillance management.The inserting of this system into HIS system can realize prospective monitor and link quality control of hospital infection management;make a timely surveillance of the spread of drug-resistant bacteria within hospital,and prevent the outburst and spread of hospital infections.It can also make the line-division management of rational use of antibiotics and para-operative dosage control during treatment.The paper discusses the functions and application effectiveness of the software and prospects of further research and development of the functions.更多还原
