【摘要】 目的研究文拉法辛治疗年轻女性首发抑郁症的有效性及安全性。方法采用随机、单盲对照法,将120例18～40岁的首发抑郁症女性患者分为研究组(文拉法辛)和对照组(阿米替林),疗程8周。结果研究组显效率为59.7%,有效率为87.1%,对照组显效率为60.3%,有效率为86.2%,两药差异无显著(P>0.05)。治疗第2周末,研究组的HAMD减分率高于对照组(t=2.68,P<0.05)。治疗第4周末,研究组的TESS评分低于对照组,两组差异显著性(P<0.05)。结论文拉法辛治疗年轻女性首发抑郁症有效且不良反应较少,依从性好,耐受性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Study on treatment of first-episode depression Vin Rafa Sin young women the effectiveness and safety of.Methods A randomized,single-blind controlled method,120 cases of 18～40 years old episode depression female patients were divided into study group(venlafaxine)and control group(amitriptyline),8 weeks.Results Research group,the effective rate was 59.7%,87.1% respectively,the control group markedly effective rate was 60.3%,effective rate was 86.2%,the two drugs had no significant difference(P>0.05).Second weeks after the treatment,the HAMD study group reduction rates higher than those in control group(t=2.68,P<0.05).After fourth weeks treatment,the research group TESS score lower than those in the control group,the two drugs was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Vin Rafa Sin treatment of young female first-episode depressive effective and less adverse reaction,compliance is good,good tolerance.更多还原
