【摘要】 目的:建立消瘤丸中姜黄素含量的高效液相色谱检测法。方法:采用Hypersil ODS-2C₁₈（200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.4%冰醋酸（45:55）,流速1.0 ml·min^-1,检测波长420 nm。结果:姜黄素在10～100μg·ml^-1浓度范围内,含量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 2）,平均加样回收率为96.6%,RSD为1.35%（n=5）。结论:该方法简便,准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于消瘤丸中姜黄素的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of curcumin in Xiaoliu pills by HPLC.Method:The Hypersil ODS-2 C₁₈column（200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）was used,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.4%glacial acetic acid solution （45:55）with a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min^-1.The detection wavelength was 420 nm.Result:The calibration curve showed a good linearity over the range of 10～100μg · ml^-1（r=0.9992）.The average recovery was 96.6%（RSD=1.35%,n=5）.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate with high sensitivity and good repeatability.It can be used in the determination of curcumin in Xiaoliu pills.更多还原
