5种活血化瘀中药注射液在脑梗死治疗中的应用调查

【摘要】 目的:调查某三甲综合型医院住院部神经内科脑梗死患者应用活血化瘀中药或其提取单体注射液情况,分析其应用的合理性,为临床合理用药提供建议。方法:回顾性调查某三甲综合型医院神经内科2011年1~2月出院诊断为脑梗死病例130例,对临床用药情况进行统计分析。结果:活血化瘀类中药注射液应用率为80.0%;适应证符合率为100%;用法用量符合率为46.2%;2种或以上联合用药率达77.9%;检查凝血四项的病例占89.4%;检查血小板数目的病例占98.1%,检查红细胞沉降率的病例占9.6%,有出血倾向仍联用多种活血化瘀注射液的病例占5.8%;发生严重不良反应2例。结论:某院神经内科应用活血化瘀类中药注射液存在一定的问题,需进一步规范用药方案,增加用药安全性。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the current application status of blood-activating and stasis-dissolving injections in the treatment of cerebral infarction in one grade A class three comprehensive hospital to analyze the application reasonableness and guide doctors to use the drugs rationally.Method:A retrospective survey analysis was carried out by choosing 130 cases diagnosed cerebral infarction in the department of neurology from January to February,2011 to analyze the reasonableness of the drug usage.Result:The usage rate of blood-activating and stasis-dissolving injections was 80.0%with the indication coincidence rate of 100%and usage and dosage coincidence rate of 46.2%.The combination therapy rate of 2 drugs and over was 77.9%.The rate of coagulation parameters check,platelet count check and rythrocyte sedimentation check was 89.4%,98.1%and 9.6%,respectively.The rate of several bloodactivating and stasis-dissolving injections combination therapy despite of the bleeding tendency was 5.8%.Two cases had serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:There are some problems in the application of the blood-activating and stasis-dissolving injections in the department of neurology.It needs to standardize the drug use to insure medication safety.
