【摘要】 目的:观察福建省龙海市中医院院内制剂消肿活血汤治疗科雷氏骨折初期肿痛的治疗效果。方法:将120例科雷氏骨折患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例口服消肿活血汤治疗,对照组60例口服复方丹参片治疗,两组患者均由笔者整复加夹板固定后用药,进行10d的对照观察。结果:在消肿、止痛方面两组差异有显著性。结论:消肿活血汤能较快改善科雷氏骨折初期肿痛的临床症状,其疗效优于复方丹参片。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Xiaozhong Huoxue decoction which is a hospital preparation in Fujian Longhai Chineses medicine hospital on initial stage of Colle’s fracture. Methods: 120 patients with Colles fractures were randomly divided to two groups. The patients in treated group took Xiaozhong Huoxue decoction orally, and the control group was took complex Danshen tablets. Patients in both groups took medicine after splinting, and observation for 10 days. Results: There is a significant difference in two groups on detumescence and alleviating pain. Conclusions: Xiaozhong Huoxue decoction could improve swelling and soring in the initial stage of Colle’s fractures, and surpassed complex Danshen tablets.更多还原
