【摘要】 目的:观察养阴止咳方治疗感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:120例随机分成两组各60例,治疗组用养阴止咳方合孟鲁司特钠治疗,对照组用孟鲁司特钠治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组93.33%、对照组78.33%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2个月后复发率治疗组16.7%,对照组36.7%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:养阴止咳方合孟鲁司特钠治疗感染后咳嗽疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yangyin Zhike recipe in treatment of post-infectious cough. Methods: 120 patients with post-infectious cough were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group (60 cases) was treated with Yangyin Zhike recipe combined with montelukast, while the control group was treated with montelukast only. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, while that of the control group was 78.33%; the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 16.7%,and that of the control group was 36.7%; there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).
