【摘要】 目的:研究定喘汤联合西药治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床疗效。方法:90例小儿支气管肺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,对照组用西药抗感染及对症治疗,治疗组在对照组用药的基础上加中药定喘汤口服,对比两组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部罗音消失时间及综合疗效。结果:治疗组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部罗音消失时间及总有效率与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:定喘汤治疗小儿支气管肺炎效果确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To research the clinical effect on treating children with bronchial pneumonia with Dingchuan decoction plus modern medicine. Methods: 90 cases of children with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases), the control group were given modern medicine, treatment group was given Dingchuan decoction on the treatment of control group, Compared the fever clearance time, cough disappeared time, pulmonary rales disappeared time and comprehensive efficacy of the two groups.
