【摘要】 目的:观察腹部手术后腹胀病人采取耳穴压豆法促进肛门排气、消除腹胀的疗效。方法:将60例腹部术后发生腹胀的患者随机单盲分为观察组30例,给予耳穴压豆的方法;对照组30例,给予常规治疗护理法。结果:观察组在取得总有效率的比例上较对照组有明显统计学差异(P<0.01),在术后排气、排便时间上较对照组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆法能促进术后患者在短时间内排气排便,且操作简单,安全无毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of ear pressure beans in promoting venting and eliminating abdominal distension in patients after operation on abdominal region.Methods:60 cases of patients after operation on abdominal region were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with ear pressure beans,while the control group was given conventional therapy nursing process.Results:Compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly different in the total effective rate(P<0.01),and different in venting after operation and defecation time(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ear pressure beans could promote venting and defecating at short time after operation.It was simple in operation and safe without side effects.更多还原
