【摘要】 目的:观察振源胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的疗效。方法:将100例随机分两组,均给予缬沙坦治疗,对照组50例。治疗组50例西药治疗同时对照组口服振源胶囊0.5g/次,3次/d。治疗6个月进行疗效判定。结果:24h尿蛋白定量,尿微量白蛋白的减少,均优于对照组(P>0.05)结论:振源胶囊对于糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的减少具有明显疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Zhenyuan capsule combined with valsartan on treating diabetic nephropathy proteinuria. Methods:100 cases were randomly divided into two groups, they were given valsartan, 50 cases in each group, treatment group were treated with modern medicine, while control group were given Zhenyuan capsule, 0.5g one time, 3 times a day. To determine the efficacy of treatment after 6 months. Results:The 24-hour urinary protein excretion and urinary albumin reduction of treatment group are better (P>0.05).
