松梅乐联合舒筋活络散治疗胫骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效

【摘要】 目的:观察松梅乐和舒筋活络散治疗胫骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法:取2009年10月~2011年7月在我院进行胫骨远端粉碎性骨折治疗的68例患者作为入选病例,无明显病例位移采用石膏复位,对于明显位移或粉碎均予手术采用切开内固定复位。术后治疗组采用松梅乐联合舒筋活络散进行治疗;对照组进行常规恢复性治疗。结果:68例患者共有62例症状和体征得到改善,总有效率为91.18%。治疗组有效率为97.4%、对照组有效率为83.3%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组平均愈合时间、下地行走完全负重时间和功能恢复时间比较,有非常显著性差异(均为P<0.01)。结论:松梅乐联合舒筋活络散治疗胫骨远端粉碎性骨折有化瘀止痛、强筋壮骨、促进术后切口愈合、防止皮肤坏死和消除炎症等功效,对加快骨折愈合、促进新骨形成起到较好作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy on treating distal tibial comminuted fracture with Songmeile plus Shujin Huoluo San. Methods:68 patients with distal tibial comminuted fracture in our hospital from October 2009 to July 2011 as selected cases, no obvious cases of displacement gypsum reset apparent displacement or crushed herein are surgery with open the internal fixation reset. Postoperative treatment group were given Songmeile plus Shujin Huoluo San; control group were given routine restorative treatment. Results:In 68 patients, a total of 62 patients’ symptoms and signs improved, the total efficiency was 91.18%. The effective rate of treatment group was 97.4%, the efficiency was 83.3% in the control group, there has a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05); To compare the average of healing time, full weight bearing time of walking and functional recovery time, there was significant differences (all P<0.01). Conclusion:Songmeile plus Shujin Huoluo San has circulation and pain relief, sinews and bones, promote wound healing after surgery, to prevent skin necrosis and eliminate inflammation and other effects on treating distal tibial comminuted fracture, plays a better role to accelerate fracture healing, and promote new bone formation.
