【摘要】 目的:研究建立舒心平搏胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC法)对苦参、丹参进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)对苦参碱进行含量测定。色谱柱为C18柱(250mm×5mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%三乙胺溶液(62:38),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为220nm。结果:在TLC图谱中可以检出苦参、丹参的特征斑点。苦参碱的线性范围为0.428～8.56μg,r=0.9996,平均回收率为99.1%,RSD=1.67%(n=6)。结论:HPLC方法简便、灵敏、准确,可以用于舒心平搏胶囊的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study and established quality standards of Shuxin pingbo capsule.Methods:Flavescens,salvia were identified by thin-layer chromatography(TLC method);Using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) to determine the content of matrine.Column was C18 column(250mm×5mm,5μm),the mobile phase was methanol-0.1% triethylamine solution(62:38),and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min,detection wavelength of 220 nm.Results:The linearity of matrine was in the range of 0.428～8.56μg(r=0.9996),and the average recovery was 99.1%,RSD=1.67%.Conclusion:This method was simple,sensitive and accurate and can be used for quality control of Shuxin Pingbo capsule.更多还原
