【摘要】 目的:介绍手法复位后小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果。方法:2009年1月～2010年9月,采用手法复位后小夹板固定的方法治疗的闭合性桡骨远端骨折病例128例,男36例,女92例;年龄28～82岁,平均年龄58.9岁,伸直型92例,屈曲型19例,掌侧缘和背侧缘骨折17例,合并尺骨茎突骨折26例;术后定期进行X线和腕关节功能评估。结果:128例患者均获得随访,时间10～18个月,平均11个月,全部临床愈合,平均临床愈合时间为5.5周,依据Gratland-Werley标准进行功能评价:优68例,良46例,可14例。结论:手法复位后小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折可取得满意效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To introduce the effect of small splint fixation on treating distal radial fractures.Methods:From January 2009 to September 2010,treated 128 cases of closed radial fracture of distal by small splint fixation method,36 cases of male and female 92 cases;from 28 to 82 years old,average age was 58.9 years old,92 cases of extension,19 cases of flexion,the palm side of the border and the dorsal edge of the fracture in 17 cases,26 cases of combined ulnar styloid fracture;postoperative X-ray on a regular basis and wrist function assessment.Results:128 patients were followed up for 10 to 18 months,an average of 11 months,all the patients was healed,the average healing time was 5.5 weeks,in accordance with the standards of Gratland-Werley functional evaluation:excellent in 68 cases,good in 46 cases,middle in 14 cases.Conclusion:The small splint fixation that treating distal radius fractures after manual reduction achieved satisfactory results.更多还原
