【摘要】 目的:探讨静脉留置针在烧伤患者中的应用及护理。方法:对110例住院烧伤患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组应用静脉留置针,对照组应用普通金属头皮针输液,比较两组患者在输液过程中静脉炎以及堵管的发生情况。结果:实验组输液过程中静脉炎及堵管的发生低于对照组。结论:对住院烧伤患者应用静脉留置针,能有效减轻患者痛苦,提高抢救成功率,减轻护士的工作量,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the application of indwelling needle in burn patients and the nursing. Methods: 110 cases were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group received indwelling needle, the control group was given ordinary metal scalp needle infusion, compared two groups of patients during infusion phlebitis and plugging occurred. Results: Phlebitis and plugging occurred in the transfusion process was lower in the experimental group. Conclusion: Hospitalized burn patients with indwelling needle, can effectively reduce the suffering of patients, and improve the success rate, reduce the workload of nurses, worthy of clinical application.更多还原
