【摘要】 目的:探讨中药熏洗联合手法治疗手部肌腱修复术后粘连的临床疗效。方法:将64例(共96指)手部肌腱修复术后粘连的患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组32例。观察组予中药熏洗联合手法治疗,对照组予温水熏洗联合手法治疗。观察治疗前后的指总主动活动度(TAM)和患指功能恢复情况,6个月后随访,进行比较分析。结果:两组指TAM明显增加(P<0.01),观察组的改善优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患指功能恢复情况在疗程结束时及随访后的总有效率分别为95.92%、97.96%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:中药熏洗联合手法治疗手部肌腱修复术后粘连疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of herbal fumigation plus practices in treating adhesion after hand tendon repair surgery. Methods: 64 cases (96 fingers) of adhesion after hand tendon repair surgery were divided into two groups by random number table, each 32 cases. The observation group was given the herbal fumigation plus manipulation treatment, the control group was given the warm water fumigation plus manipulation treatment. Observed the situation of TAM and suffering from the functional recovery before and after treatment, compared and analyzed after 6 months. Results: The TAM of the two groups significantly increased (P<0.01), improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05); The total effective rates of suffering from functional recovery were 95.92% and 97.96% at the end of treatment and after follow-up, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: The herbal fumigation plus manipulation was effective in treating adhesion after hand tendon repair surgery.更多还原
