【摘要】 目的:观察以补肾法治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的疗效。方法:将68例符合诊断标准的IBS患者随机分为2组,治疗组39例,口服补肾健脾疏肝汤;对照组29例,对症治疗,腹痛者口服颠茄片,腹泻者口服洛哌丁胺,便秘者口服复方芦荟胶囊。2组均以治疗90天为1疗程。结果:治疗组痊愈20(52.3%)例,显效19(48.7%)例;对照组显效5(17.2%)例,有效24(82.8%)例。两组愈显率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾健脾疏肝汤治疗肠易激综合征有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of kidney-nourishing therapy. Methods:68 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups. 39 cases in treated group,giving Bushen Jianpi Shugan decoction. 29 cases in control group treated symptomatic, 90 days for a course. Results: 20(52.3%) cases are recovered in the treated group, 19(48.7%) cases had marked effect, while 5(17.2%) cases have marked effect in the control group, 24(82.8%) cases are effective.
