【摘要】 目的:深圳市药品检验所联合香港科技大学中药研发中心和深圳市公安局强制隔离戒毒所,以头发中毒品含量测定技术为基础,共同建立头发验毒服务平台,并进行推广和延伸。方法:采用UPLC-MS/MS对十种毒品同时进行定性、定量测定。结果:已建立头发中毒品测定技术可检测包括海洛因、吗啡、可待因、冰毒、安非他明、摇头丸、氯胺酮、美沙酮、可卡因和苯环已哌啶等十种毒品及其体内代谢物,检测方法最低定量限为50pg/mg。结论:头发验毒平台具有重要的社会价值和广泛的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Establishment and promotion of hair drug testing service platform.Shenzhen institute of drug control has cooperated with the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Shenzhen detoxification center of public security bureau to develop the technology of detection for drug residues in hair.Methods:Qualitative and quantitative detection ten kinds of drugs by UPLC-MS/MS.Results:The testing technology could detect drug including Heroin,Morphine,Codeine,Methamphetamine,Amphetamine,Ecstasy,Ketamine,Methadone,Cocaine,PCP and their metabolites.The LLOQ were ranging from 50 pg/mg.Conclusion:The hair drug testing service platform has significant social value and broad application prospects.更多还原
