【摘要】 目的观察病炎清颗粒治疗甲型流感病毒上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将符合标准的70例患者随机分成治疗组(予病炎清颗粒治疗)和对照组(予达菲治疗)各35例,疗程3 d,观察并比较两组总有效率及发热、咳嗽改善情况。结果治疗组于对照组总有效率相近,对发热、咳嗽等改善情况相近。结论病炎清颗粒治疗甲型流感病毒上呼吸道感染疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: TO observe the clinical efficacy of Bingyanqing Granule in treating influenza viral upper respiratory tract infection.Methods: The 70 patients Who met the standards were randomly divided into treatment group BingYanQing Granule and control group Tamiflu,35 cases in each group,treatment for three days.The total efficiency and fever,cough improvement of the two groups were Observed and compared.Results: The total effective rate and improvement in two groups of fever,cough were similar situations and there was no statistically significant difference.Conclusion: The efficacy of BingYanQing Granule on treating influenza viral upper respiratory tract infection is definite.更多还原
