【摘要】 目的观察参附注射液预防内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)术后高淀粉酶血症和急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为两组,均给予常规治疗;治疗组加用参附注射液。观察两组患者ERCP术后出现高淀粉酶血症和急性胰腺炎例数、血清淀粉酶水平的变化、血淀粉酶恢复正常和临床症状缓解时间。结果治疗组患者术后高淀粉酶血症和急性胰腺炎的发生例数明显少于对照组,血清淀粉酶上升幅度明显低于对照组,血淀粉酶水平恢复正常和临床症状缓解时间较对照组缩明显短。结论参附注射液能减少ERCP术后高淀粉酶血症及急性胰腺炎的发生,加快血淀粉酶恢复和临床症状的缓解。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Shenfu Injection o the prevention and treatment of hyperamylasemia and acute pancreatitis following endoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreatography(ERCP).Methods: Patients were divided randomly into two groups: treatment group in which 31 cases were treated with routine therapy plus Shenfu Injection;control group in which 31 cases were treated with simple routine therapy.The numbers of the onset of hyperamylasemia and acute pancreatitis were observed.The level of blood amylase,and the time of blood amylase restoration to normal and clinical symptoms relief were observed.Results: The hyperamylasemia and acute pancreatitis happened less frequently in treatment group than those of control group.The blood amylase in the treatment group was lower than that of control group.The time of clinical symptoms relief and the restoration of blood amylase to normal was shorter in treatment group than in control group.Conclusion: Shenfu Injection can reduce the onset of hyperamylasemia and acute pancreatitis following ERCP and accelerate the restoration of blood amylase and clinical symptoms relief.更多还原
