【摘要】 目的观察解毒通络合剂对冠心病PCI术后患者基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法将90例冠心病PCI术后成功患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,对照组给予安慰剂;治疗组以解毒通络合剂口服,疗程4周。结果治疗组MMP-9、ET-1、hs-CRP含量较对照组明显降低,NO含量较对照组明显提高。结论解毒通络法可以防治冠心病心脏冠状动脉内支架(PCI)术后再狭窄。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Jiedutongluo mixture on matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods: Successful patients of the 90 patients with coronary heart disease after PCI were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,both with the number of 45.the control group were given a placebo;treatment group were given JieDuTongLuo Mixture orally;and the course of treatment was 4 weeks.Results: the test group of MMP-9,ET-1,hsCRP levels compared with the control group significantly decreased NO content compared with the control group improved significantly.Conclusion: JieDuTongLuo mixture act prevention of coronary heart disease restenosis after PCI.更多还原
