【摘要】 目的观察加味瓜蒌散对肝硬化门静脉高压症(PHT)患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血流动力学的影响。方法将符合标准的97例患者随机分为两组,均常规接受护肝、降酶等对症治疗,治疗组加服加味瓜蒌散,对照组加服心得安。治疗前后取血,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测VEGF,并进行血流动力学检查。结果治疗组治疗后VEGF水平明显下降,门静脉内径及血流量与对照组相比差异有统计学意义,血流速度与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论加味瓜蒌散能抑制PHT患者VEGF的表达,降低门静脉压力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Modified Gualou Powder on VEGF and hemodynamics of PHT patients.Methods:97 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.After being used the symptomatic treatment in 2 groups,the treatment group was added the Modified Gualou Powder and the control group was used the propranolol.The VEGF and the hemodynamics were detected after treatment.Results:After treatment,the VEGF level was decreased obviously.Compared with the control group,there were some statistical differences between 2 groups about the portal diameter and the blood flow.However,there was no remarkable difference between 2 groups in the velocity.Conclusion:Modified Gualou Powder can inhibit the VEGF expression and decrease the portal hypertension.更多还原
