【摘要】 问卷调查表明,高职毕业生就业质量的构成维度包括4个方面,即社会保障、就业机会、满意度和薪酬与发展。对高职毕业生就业质量分析发现,当前要更加注重提高高职毕业生的就业质量:政府要尽快建立"高水平、广覆盖、一体化、公平性"的社会保障制度,创造一个公平的就业环境;高职院校要改革人才培养模式,根据需要及时调整专业,加强就业创业教育,提高学生的就业创业能力;用人单位要遵守劳动法律法规和用工制度,为员工提供培训和晋升机会,提高岗位质量和就业满意度;高职学生要增强专业技能,增强综合素质,做好职业规划,提高就业竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Questionnaire investigation shows that,the graduate’s employment quality of higher vocational colleges is composed of four dimensions: social security,employment opportunities,degree of satisfaction,remuneration and development.Based on the analysis on employment quality of higher vocational college graduates,the graduate’s employment quality of higher vocational colleges should be further increased from four levels: the governments need to establish the social security system of "high level,universal coverage,integration and fairness" as soon as possible and create a fair employment circumstance;higher vocational colleges need to reform the talents cultivation mode,adjust specialties timely according to needs and strengthen the employment and entrepreneurship education to increase students’ abilities in employment and entrepreneurship;employers need to follow the labor laws and regulations and the employment system,provide employee with the training and improvement opportunities to increase the pose quality and employment satisfaction;higher vocational college students need to enhance professional skills and comprehensive quality as well as optimize occupational planning to improve employment competitiveness.更多还原
