【摘要】 高等职业教育人才培养的职业定向性,决定了高职院校应面向行业产业与区域的协同创新方向发展。目前高职院校协同创新的主要障碍有:一是培养模式没有完全摆脱学科本位的窠臼;二是师资队伍不能完全适应协同创新的要求;三是体制机制难以催生协同创新的内生动力。为此,要加快推进人才培养模式的系统化改革,大力加强"双师型"教师队伍建设,并建立健全协同创新的催生机制与保障体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The vocational directionality of higher vocational education determines the orientation of collaborative innovation of higher vocational colleges.There exist three obstacles in collaborative innovation of higher vocational colleges: firstly,the training mode of talents hasn’t gotten over traditional discipline-based route;secondly,the teaching staff can’t adapt to the requirements of collaborative innovation;thirdly,the system and mechanism can’t create the endogenous power.Therefore,it should accelerate the systematic training mode reform,strengthen the construction of dual-qualification teach ers,establish the incentive mechanism and support system.更多还原
