【摘要】 当前,高职园区中各高职院校的师资队伍建设与管理,仍处于各自为政、互不往来的状态,缺乏协作性和共享性,造成了高职院校人力资源的极大浪费。为此,从优化管理、整合资源、节省人力成本角度出发,提出由常州五所三年制高职院校合署建立"教师资源中心"的构想,设立师资库,实行教师跨校融通互聘,统一管理区内高职教师,实现师资的最大化共享。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,the building and management of teaching staff of higher vocational schools in higher vocational park is still in separate and these schools lack coordination and sharing,which result in the tremendous waste of higher vocational school human resources.Therefore,the vision of jointly establishing "teacher resource center" by 5 three-year higher vocational schools in Changzhou from the perspective of optimizing management,integrating resources and saving manpower costs is proposed,which is to establish teacher resources base,launch free teacher employment system among schools,uniformly manage higher vocational teachers in the region,so as to maximize the sharing of teacher resources.更多还原
