【Abstract】 The harmonious development of secondary and higher vocational education is the core for building modern vocational education system,and its essence is to achieve adaptability between vocational education and economic and social development;meanwhile,the development of vocational education should embody the unification of adapting to law and objectives.Therefore,the scale of vocational education should be stabilized,the specialties structure should be adjusted,the level and structure should be optimized and the enrollment system should be reformed according to the economic and social development reality,which aims to enhance the whole school-running level of vocational education.更多还原
