【摘要】 依据2009年陕西省养猪农户调查数据,应用微观计量方法分析养殖农户收入的影响因素,结果表明:人力资本状况是决定农户获得养殖收益的关键因素。一般在受教育程度、接受培训的状况以及技能水平等方面具有优势的农户,其养殖收益比较高。基于此,应持续加强对农民的职业技术培训力度,以提高其技能水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Analyzing the factors influencing the income of breeding farmers based on the survey data in Shanxi in 2009 by micro-metering method,and the results showed that the state of human capital is a critical factor to decide breeding farmers’ incomes.Usually the income of breeding farmers possessing the superiority in educational level,the status of accepted training and level of skill will be higher.Based on this,it should strengthen vocational and technical training for farmers persistently so as to improve their skills level.更多还原
