【摘要】 目的:总结分析单侧椎弓根入路经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法:通过用单侧椎弓根入路经皮穿刺的微创方法,采用C臂机下定位经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎椎体压缩性骨折患者共148例。术后采用通用的VAS评分及患者主观满意度评估疗效。结果:136例患者在单侧椎弓根PKP手术后24~48小时感觉疼痛明显减轻,2例加重,10例症状无明显改善,主观满意度优良率91.89%。结论:单侧椎弓根经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To summary the clinical efficacy of unilateral pedicle into the posterior percutaneous kyphoplasty in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.[Method] 148 cases were treated by unilateral transpedicular approach percutaneous minimally invasive method,using C-arm positioning balloon dilatation kyphoplasty treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures.The efficacy was assessed using the subjective general VAS scores and patients’ satisfaction.[Result] 24-48 hours after surgery,136 patients with unilateral transpedicular balloon dilatation vertebrae forming feel the pain significantly reduced.2 cases suffered the aggravation of symptoms and 10 cases got no significant improvement.The satisfaction rate was 91.89%.[Conclusion] Unilateral transpedicular percutaneous balloon dilatation of vertebral kyphosis is effective to osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures更多还原
