门诊预约挂号的实践与体会
Practice and experience of outpatient reservation registration
【摘要】 预约挂号是方便群众就医,缓解门诊就诊高峰的有效方法之一。笔者结合医院近5年来预约挂号工作的实施情况,总结了预约挂号实施过程中存在的问题,并提出了对策。
【Abstract】 Reservation registration is one of the effective methods to give patients more convenient when hospitalize and solve the problems of a crowed condition with outpatients at peak hours.The author summarized the implement of reservation registration in 5 years and the problems Meanwhile,the article put forward the solutions.
