【摘要】 加强医院研究生教育管理工作对保证和提高研究生教育质量及医疗安全具有重要作用。但是,目前麻醉学研究生的培养还存在一些问题,诸如研究生数量多而素质差别大、临床导师对教学与指导研究生不重视、学生既要完成技能培训又要完成科研论文等难点。基于培养具有高质量、高水平的麻醉学研究生人才的目标,从麻醉学研究生的管理制度建设、理论知识学习、临床技能和科研能力的培养等方面探讨医学院校麻醉学系研究生管理的具体做法和经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Strengthening the management of postgraduate students has played an important role in ensuring and improving the teaching quality.However,there are still some problems in training and management of postgraduate students of Anesthesiology.To train high quality and high level postgraduate students of anesthesiology,our department has adopted many measures,for example establishing a constructive management system,strengthening knowledge learning,clinical and research ability training,and carefully planning managerial work.更多还原
