【摘要】 目的探讨多维度护理干预对癌症患者生活质量的影响。方法采用随机抽样法选取符合标准的癌症患者60例,分为干预组30例和对照组30例,干预前比较指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经多维度护理干预后,采用EORTC生活质量测量量表QLQ-C30(v3.0)中文版对患者进行测评。结果干预组QLQ-C30各子量表中,功能子量表中认知功能和情绪功能分值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);症状子量表中,疲倦分值明显低于对照组(P<0.05),总体健康子量表中总体健康状况分值显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多维度护理干预可明显提高癌症患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the effect of multidimensional nursing intervention on the quality of life of cancer patients.[Methods]A total of 60 valid cases of cancer patients were randomly selected and divided into intervention group and control group,30 cases in each group,the indicators were not significantly different between groups before intervention.[Results]For subscales of QLQ-C30 in intervention group,the cognitive function and emotional function scores in function subscale were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05);fatigue score in symptoms subscale was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05);overall health score in overall health subscale was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Multidimensional nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of cancer patients.更多还原
