工作场所空气中磷酸的离子色谱测定法

【摘要】 目的建立一种测定工作场所中磷酸的离子色谱法。方法工作场所空气中的磷酸用微孔滤膜采集,用水超声洗脱,洗脱液经0.22μm滤膜过滤后直接进样,用离子色谱仪检测。结果磷酸的保留时间为16.70 min,在1.00~10.00mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999以上,检出限为0.04 mg/L,相对标准偏差在0.54%~3.70%,加标回收率为97.5%~103.0%。结论离子色谱法操作简单,重复性好,回收率、灵敏度均能满足工作场所空气中磷酸的检测要求。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To establish a method for determination of phosphoric acid in workplace air by ion chromatography.[Methods]Phosphoric acid was collected by microporous membrane and extracted in ultrasonic bath.The eluate was filtered by 0.22 μm membrane and detected by ion chromatography.[Results]The retention time of phosphoric acid was 16.70 minutes and the calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.00-10.00 mg/L(R>0.999).The result showed that recovery was 97.5%-103.0% with detection limit of 0.04 mg/L and relative standard deviation was 0.54%-3.70%.[Conclusion]The method is simple with good repeatability,both recovery and sensitivity meet the request of measuration of phosphoric acid in workplace air.
