【摘要】 目的:探讨"思伤脾"状态常见症状及中医证候特征。方法:应用临床流行病学方法,对5所院校应考期间的大学生同步进行问卷调查,运用系统聚类与因子分析相结合的方法挖掘调查表信息中隐含的客观规律。结果:"思伤脾"状态有38个常见症状,中医证候类型主要为肝脾不和证、肝胃不和证、肝郁化热证、心脾两虚证4类,其中肝脾不和证和肝胃不和证两者占一半,因子分析提取了每一证型的主要辨证要点。结论:运用聚类分析及因子分析提取"思伤脾"状态主要中医证候类型和其辨证要点,为进一步证候规范和病变机制研究奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the symptom distribution and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of the condition of anxiety-impairing-spleen.Methods: The method of clinical epidemiology-DME was used to survey 1021 college students from 5 universities during the examination period.The methods of clustering analysis and factor analysis were applied to determine the types of syndromes and the common factors.Results: 38 common symptoms were extracted.We can deduce that the condition of anxiety-impairing-spleen mainly consisted of four series of syndrome,liver-spleen disharmony,liver-stomach disharmony,liver heat due to live-qi depression,deficiency in heart and spleen,and that two to five common factors were extracted in each group.There ware 159 cases with liver-spleen disharmony syndrome or liver-stomach disharmony syndrome in 318 cases.Conclusion: The common symptoms and main TCM syndromes in cases with anxiety-impairing-spleen obtained on the basis of clustering analysis and factor analysis may provide the evidence for syndrome differentiation standardization and pathogenesis of anxiety-impairing-spleen condition.更多还原
