【摘要】 溃疡性结肠炎发病机制与黏膜免疫状态有着密切关系。临床证明,益生菌可以调节黏膜免疫功能从而有效治疗溃疡性结肠炎。该文从黏膜免疫耐受与溃疡性结肠炎的发病关系及益生菌对黏膜免疫系统的调节等多个角度,分析了益生菌存在从口服黏膜免疫耐受治疗溃疡性结肠炎的理论基础及可能的作用机制,为黏膜免疫耐受探索益生菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎的作用机制进行了必要的理论基础分析和提供了参考的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ulcerative colitis is related closely with mucosal immune state.Many clinical evidences had showed that probiotics could efficiently adjust mucosal immunity function and treat ulcerative colitis.In this article,Theories were analyzed including the relation between mucosal immunological tolerance and ulcerative colitis,and regulation of probiotics on mucosal immunity.Rationale and probable mechanism of probiotics treated ulcerative colitis were analyzed according to the theory of mucosal immunological tolerance.The object is very well-defined for providing a kind of studied thread or rationale to explore the mechanism of probiotics treated ulcerative colitis from mucosal immunological tolerance.更多还原
