【摘要】 目的:观察苓桂术甘汤对心室重构模型大鼠AngⅡ、Ald及AT1R的影响,探讨其干预心室重构的机制。方法:冠脉结扎法复制大鼠模型2周后,各组连续给药4周,采用ELISA法检测血清AngⅡ、Ald含量,采用Western blot法检测心肌组织AT1R表达。结果:模型组与假手术组比较AngⅡ、Ald含量显著升高,AT1R表达显著增加(P<0.01);苓桂术甘汤各剂量组与模型组比较AngⅡ、Ald含量显著降低,AT1R表达显著抑制(P<0.01)。结论:苓桂术甘汤干预心室重构的机制与调控RAAS相关因子有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To study the mechanism of Ling-gui-zhu-gan Decoction interfere ventricular remodeling(VR) of model rats,through observing the effect of Ling-gui-zhu-gan Decoction on the content of angiotensin II(Ang II),aldosterone(Ald) and the expression of myocardial tissue angiotensin II type 1 receptor(AT1R).Method: 2 weeks after the ligation of coronary artery,each group was administered medications intragastrically for 4 consecutive weeks.Detect the content of Ang II and Ald in serum by ELISA and the expression of myocardial tissue AT1R by Western blot.Result: The content of Ang II,Ald and the expression of myocardial AT1R of model group increased significantly compared with sham-operated group(P<0.01).Low,middle and high dosage of Ling-gui-zhu-gan Decoction could decrease the content of Ang II,Ald in serum of model rats and inhibit the expression of myocardial AT1R significantly compared with model group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The mechanism of Ling-gui-zhu-gan Decoction interferes VR seems to be related to the regulation of the correlating factor of rennin angiotensin aldosterone system.更多还原
